anyone any ideas about this person ? He's doing a demo and clinic in early Feb... in SCOTLAND !! (shock, horror)....
(he has a website http://www.brucelogan.us/ but that never really gives a true feel for someone IMHO)

well I've never heard of him but from what I see on his site he looks pretty good! I like what he said here "These mentors both taught me much about 'cutting', colt starting, young and challenging horses but most of all they taught me that the horse is honesty in its purest form. This understanding developed into a life long commitment - to be a student of the horse" - Bruce Logan
don't know much about him but i have a friend who is really into him and who has been to the states? on his courses, she was very impressed with him and is going up to video the demo for them etc' asked me if i wanted to go up to share driving.. but OH still crocked so have to stay here
We have a horse trainer near us who is excellent- knowlegable, kind and thorough. She trained with Bruce (amongst others) and has recommended him to me. I gather he is superb, and not at all superficial. He is far from just being an entertainment show. It's just a shame he is only doing the one demo/clinic and colt starting clinic.

Yes I didn't think he sounded superficial through the things he said on his site. It sounds like he has alot of respect for horses and understands that they can teach us as much as we teach them
Bruce Logan was a Parelli 3 star Instructor until recently when he resigned to branch out on his own. He is married to an English girl who used to live in Cumbria who is also a Natual Horsemanship Trainer. He is as far from a superficial showman as you could get and is well worth attending to learn from if you are able to get to his demo or watch the attendent course that he is running.
I will gladly sell you one if you want one Chilli Xena and Ufanas' little sister Bruxa is available....or several others
Sadly we don't have room (or time) for anymore horse's at home otherwise i would have bought this guy in the summer as a backup horse there is something about him.
