first endurance - fitness training!

I havent done any endurance for ages cos of the FMD but i have decided to enter a training ride in may! I am trying to make a fitness training program for both me and Fleur! so i was wondering if anyone can help me with this?
Fleur is a anglo-arab and is quite fit at the moment and has lots of energy but i want to use a proper fitness program so that we are properly prepared!!!
I wanted to introduce more hillwork to our rides - i hack out most days and have a lesson on her on sundays so any suggestions no how i should go about introducing it would be fab!
also i think that i need to get fitter too! i used to do lots of runing but i just dont have any time at the moment! so how does everybody else stay fit when they have no time?!

thanx! luv Heather and Fleur!!!
