OK, not an exhaustive list, but some suggestions: -

Antiseptic wash - Hibiscrub or the like, and possibly a tub/container to dilute it in
Antiseptic cream
Cotton/gauze pads - make up removal pads are great for wiping down minor cuts & grazes
Vet wrap or similar - I tend to keep a few of these, just in case
Gamgee
Thermometer
Animalintax - for poulticing
Spare hoof pick
Iodine
Vetalintex - a wound gel, I've had to use it a few times, great stuff
Nappies - sounds a bit mad, but if you have to put a dressing low and bandage the hoof area, nappies are great for securing the dressing.
Duck tape

For a basic kit for cuts, scrapes and punctures,

Antiseptic spray/gel, wound powder, salt, couple of bandages, cotton wool, gamgee, poultic, electrical tape for holding on bandages, scissors, safety pins, tweezers, thermometer, waterproof solid container to put it all in. Telephone number of vet.

Also well worth having few human bits and pieces in there as never have plasters when you need them.

Have I forgotten anything???
