Treeless Saddles--bareback Saddles

I need your help, I have a 5 yr old qh mare that I am having trouble with fitting a saddle as she keeps changing her weight, body type. I cannot find a saddle that will fit.
She has more of an arab body, but doesnt seem to have any withers, and is flat backed. The current saddle I have when I tighten the cinch the back comes up off her back and if I try to ride it pinches her withers (has been fitting ok until about 1-2 months ago).
She is starting to bite and I need to get a different saddle. I was told to get a treeless saddle or bareback saddle until we find a good saddle.
I dont know anything about saddles. Currently I have a 1/4 qb synthenic saddle. I have never owned anything but western leather saddles.

I guess what I am asking is for information about treeless and bareback saddles. pics, prices, ect....anything you can give me.
