New Parelli DVDs

Anyone seen the new DVDs? I have seen them advertised everywhere and some of the titles sound relevant to me. Any idea how much they cost?

Ali xx

Hi Ali

My instructor has ordered the Liberty and Horse behaviour and another set (cant quite remember the name) for approx $1000. We're going to do a study group one evening a week to work them through. So we're all very excited and keeping a close watch on the post.

I'm presuming you are talking of the Success series?
Pat calls them a "Readers Digest" version.I have the set and they are very usefull as a quick referance if you are studying,or as a taster if you want to start but I don't think his "Level's" study sets can be beaten.

A friend got the liberty and behavior ones, they are really good.

Savvy club members get them for ~$700 (us) but is advertised for $999.99 (us).

If you have watched a lot of their programs and gone to a few tour stops it feels like they are recapping a lot of stuff. It is all good to know though.

There was a special offer. buy the the 10 DVDs of success series and get the 10 DVDs for liberty & horse behavior for FREE.

Yahoo! so 20 DVDs for $440 that is pretty cheap by DVDs.
( iam not including the shipping and Yes I am a savvy club member)

The L&HB is superb ... no phase 4 there, mainly based on horse psychology. is the horse scared, or unconfident, confident or dominant? What to do in each case? etc... very well done.

Then the Success Series, these DVDs are an intro to Parelli. so you better off spent hard-earned £ or $ or Euros in their levels or the L& HB.

Hope it helps

I would like to know is why are they so expensive, it strikes ma as being incredibly greedy to ask for so much money for these CD's and it eliminates normal people like me to be able to afford them, I'd love to be able to look and learn but alas I can't

They are "normally" priced for horse-riding DVD.
I paid 40 euros for Philippe Karl's DVDs too that is around $58 just like a Parelli DVD.

I got 20 DVDs at 20 dollars each with their last offer. So pretty cheap really.

Equestrian DVD are expensive compared a to a film DVD. But this is economics for you.
Their courses are more expensive because it is a course.

I think you need to compare what is comparable. Equestrian DVDs with Equestrian DVDs, Good quality horse-tack with good quality horse-tack ...

I wish equestrian DVDs would be cheaper, I would buy more. 40 Euros/ DVD is not given.
