Sooo Daffy has had a magnetic rug since December ish. He has been wearing it regularly at night since the end of January, and there has generally been a marked improvement in him stiffness/soreness wise. Could be down to many things, but I suspect a bit of everything new.
I decided that as my shoulders are always very tense and Daffy seems to have had good results with his, I would get myself a magnetic back wrap. Well it came this morning. I wore it for four hours (they recommended 16 but I didn't want to wear it for a bra fitting
) and my back felt an awful lot freer afterwards. I intend to sleep in it tonight, and hopefully my shoulders will feel nice and relaxed in the morning.
I was quite surprised at the strong effect it had, although it was localised, and I forgot it was there after 5 or so minutes. Makes me a bit more convinced that it was worth buying the rug kit for Daffy.
