Any beginner endurance or pleasure type rides in S Yorks?

Hi

I'm wanting to do as many long rides as possible this summer and am looking at doing some endurance rides, will have to be beginner level to start with although we are quite capable of doing a 3-4 hour decent pace hack at the moment. I really want to do Trec but there doesn't seem to be anything coming up which is close enough. I am in Sheffield and don't have reliable transport so am trying to organise things as early as possible. Does anyone know of anything coming up that we would enjoy going on please?

Thanks.

I am restarting endurance after a LOOOOOONNNNNNGGGG break! I will be based in Ashton under Lyne so more towards the Lancs and the Peaks groups. Hope to do Wharncliffe next year and did the ride at Doncaster as one fo my first 30 (50 km in new speak!) milers too many years ago!
