loaning agreements/contracts?

hi, as some of you know i am going to be loaning out shoreset, but i was wondering if any of you knew where i could find a good loan agreement or show me examples

The one ive adapted, i think originates from the BHS website, they do have one you can download i think, but not sure if you have to pay or something.
Basically list that the loanee is responsibly for all vets feeds insurance etc...what ponies suitable for, whats not to be done, how much notice should be given to end the loan, all it came with and that it is to be returned with those or the equivalents...

You can indeed get a template from the BHS website and it's very good and worth using.

If you google it, I used the 1st one on the list-very comprehensive and requires witness countersigning, also space for photo and can be personalised as required.

I agree that the BHS agreement is the best I have seen and seems to cover all aspects.
