Grackle bridles & Knee boots

Hi!
Does anybody know of any reasonably priced grackle bridles with bit clips and a fair amount of sheepskin padding on the part in the centre of the noseband?

Ohh and also, the knee boots that come as all in one brushing and knee boots, do they flap about against the knee and make a lot of noise?

Thanks very much!

The all in one knee and brushing boots are made by Westropp....I use them on my Welsh D....they don't make a noise or flap about at all. I would recommend them and they seem to have come down in price for some reason. Shires do them for £19.99 although I saw the other day that someone is selling them on ebay for the old price of £29.99..??

Hi

I have the old style westropp all in one knee and brushing boots with a hard surface. the material has cracked and gone ahrd with age. if you have the choice I would recomend the ones with a softer (neoprene surface). I think thay are great thouhg. We ride down v. steep stoney tracks and equally steep old slippy tarmac roads and my horse loves to spin and skitter about. he can remove conventional knee boots as he either shakes his legs so hard they wiggle down or buts his ehad down and whips them off - quite a feat as hes done it at canter before now! These all in ones stay put.
