Travelling to another horse

Those of you that have more than one horse, are they all stabled at the same yard or do you have some at one yard and some at another? Are they close or far apart?

My friends have two at one stable and one at another. They are about 5 miles apart and she has to do the two twice a day and she works full time as well. So its very hard for her especially in bad weather.

We have them all over the place. I have some in the back garden, some about a mile away east, some about half a mile to the south, but can see them through binoculars.

Some are about 4 miles away but Frances can see them from the kitchen window or from the front door with binoculars.

In the winter I do the rounds with the quad.

mine had to be separated recently as my big lad needed box rest.
I found it impossible, with working and kids.
Have now moved them back in together and life is so much easier
