Leather Protectors For Shafts

Hi i am purchacing a rally cart with woodern shafts and i am looking
for the protectors that fit on the shafts where they slide through the
tugs and where the breeching staps fit to
has any one got any ideas where i can get some from

Generally they are made and sewn on by the carriage maker. Buy some patent and a gliver's needle. The breeching and tug stops need to be fitted over the leather.
