Narrower dressage girth?
Hi all.
Ziggy's Christ Lammferle sheepskin riding pad is lush and I love it.
However, he appears not to. Not that he's bad, but I can read him better than I could and he is not keen when I come to girth him up in it.
I blame the girth at present. It's a Stubben dressage girth, fully elasticated and quite wide, with the straps protruding from a sort of neoprene sleeve. Ziggy seems to feel that it is too cumbersome and comes too close to his elbow. His ordinary saddle is girthed with a simple, padded, leather, shaped girth which he finds quite unobjectionable.
Can anyone suggest a narrower dressage girth I could try?
Thanks peeps!
