Hi Jumpergirl

As best I understand Le Trec is a competition that combines all the different disciplines into one event ran over two days. I am not real sure which events are involved but if you go to www.bhs.org.uk/TREC/TREC/.htm the site gives a history of Le Trec and what is involved.
Hope this helps
Regards Andy

If I remember rightly day one consists of orienteering and day two consists of 16 obstacles. Most of them are what you would find whilst out hacking.
