Celery!

Celery can be fed to help combat many problems. It is a natural anti-inflamatory. I feed this to my horse with navicular and also if they have any lumps or bumps on them. Its cheaper to buy than any other chemicals and has no side effects. I also cut down nettles from my horses field and leave them to dry in the sun until i can pick them up without gloves. I then feed as much to my horse as he will take. Nettles help to improve circulation which os good for older horses and horses with navicular, laminitis, arthritis and any other such problem. Hope this helps everyone!
