Not what I'd call cheap, but it's a damn fine bridle... we've just finished one for Popularfurball's Rascal! It is SOOO tiny!!

What's 'cheap' and 'decent price' anyway?
For English leather, not imported cr*p?

I'm not fussed about English leather at the moment, it's just so my friends daughter can ride the pony, no shows, just a field haha

I'm not fussed about what bridles look like, only fussed about what noxious chemicals go in contact with horses' faces. Thank GOD they are apparently no longer using the chemical which caused the face hair to fall out! Not had a case of that for a while. Although the 'carcinogenic' rumours still abound. Urgh. At least you know how English leather is made, it's well regulated thank goodness.

For real budget and never having to clean it (other than in the washing machine!) how about Libby's?

They do miniature sizes.

I use Libby's for madam as she doesn't like leather bridle work - rate them though don't expect buckles to last as long if you have trigger clips. It's solved all of our wad shy issues.
However for a smallies bridle then kis vihar all the way. I have had so many bridles it's not funny - for some reason throat lashes are always miles too long or the nose bands too small. Pa Karin you can't post that and no pictures... Perhaps a sneaky pic of rio wearing it because rio is super cute!!!!
Also be careful with cub saddles, pigs has made his back really sore

Well when I have kis vihar one I can send you his but the throat latch is too long if you look at driing you need mini Shetland sizes too - Shetland size is a waste of time!

KV made a beautiful tiny bridle for Bramble, lapis lazuli browband and plaited reins. There should be a photo in one of my albums, if not I'll sort one out.

I am going to attempt bitting Dave the mini but will be attaching the bit to his headcollar with leather straps initially.
Have you tried this lot? I get rugs and headcollars for the wee one from here.
And muzzles that fit!

I like dinky rugs stuff, not tried their tack though - have looked at bits but no frenchnlinks and rascal really needs a French link or a Mullen mouth as the single joints are too bulky for his mouth.
I'm really struggling to find a bit thin enough in a 4.25 frnch link mouthpiece

I havent even measured the wee man but he is ickle. Was going to go for something straight or rubber although he is such a little swine I think he would be needing more brakes!!

I have a little happy mouth french link fulmer snaffle. I'm pretty sure it's 4.50 though so may be too big. I bought is SH for £10. Bramble preferred an eggbutt snaffle. Will sell for the same plus postage. I

He can't fit a happy mouth in but thank you! Just got him a lovely 4.25 French link egbutt but it's still too chunky. Its about 1cm thick.
