Darling Aimee,

You were a total diva all your life but what an 18 years we had with you. You saved the lives of so many horses and donkeys with your fundraising - some of them are at Weatherall horse sanctuary, some at Scottish Borders Donkey Sanctuary, others at Redwings in Scotland, so many owe you so much.

You were a racing donkey, bought from Ann Hunt Racing Donkeys, when you were 15. I wanted to buy Bill, OH wanted you so we had you. You always had a high opinion of yourself and were a perfect friend.

When the vet came today, your heart rate was too high to do more - yesterday it was ok. so only one day of being unwell then forever asleep. Tintin was with you and is now being consoled by Buddy.

Not quite sure how to stop crying and will miss you forever.

thanks, he is good mates with Buddy and Suze, they all groom each other, it would have been worse if it was Aimee left alone, she would not have coped

He was her friend, little and large, the odd couple, we bought murphy for her but they didn't bond at all, she likes krug but she and tintin needed food and the two fatties don't which is why we split them up.

Tintin was on the yard when i went down this morning, he has eaten a good breakfast and was last seen in the hay barn eating from the big bale which he likesto do. We had a long chat about Aimee and big hugs. He has lost so many friends, Vodka, Ferguson, Leo, Molly, Rose over the years. Just very sad.
