Hi I am looking for the impossible.... Assisted DIY livery for a sensible gelding around the Consett/Stanley area in Durham. My wish list is a good size watertight stable with all year round turnout (limited in winter not a problem as long as a few hours a day is possible except in really poor conditions). An arena useable most of the time!! and some off road hacking. I pay on time, don't bitch, am house trained, BHS qualified, help others out and am there every morning and evening. I would just like to know that I can pay someone to get him in earlier if the heavens open and he's freezing outside, turn him out later if its too icy first thing etc and for holiday cover. I would prefer not to have to rely on others for free help.. although I have no problem helping others out if I can. I would prefer a small non-competition yard or a farm. Has anyone any ideas please. Thanks.
