normally for RC dressage if its a highland Id leave mane & tail natural and anything else would have the mane plaited.
What to do with Skye hmmmmmm...
So she is a highland but not one person thinks she looks like one haha, she is very different even to brook who isnt that heavy for a highland. Skye looks more cross bred or chunky connemara type with good feathers! Her mane is about 4 inches long from her poll down to about 1 /3 way along her neck, then there is a long section of nothing.... nada... completely bald, then a few inches of a couple inches long near her withers. Would you plait what’s there or...?
