sorry to drag up an old post, but im thinking of getting a pair of these for dressage. I do show in the summer as well though. Do you think they are smart enough for showing??

Honestly for the price of leather boots these days I wouldn't bother.

The Rhinehold long leather boots are going for very little on ebay and if you keep looking there are other bargains. I got a pair of Regent show boots on there (RRP £170) brand new for £37.
