Swellings on forehead

I've noticed chunky has two swellings on his forehead under his forelock. One on left and one on right an ideas. He's had a fly mask on for last couple of weeks. I've only noticed it this week so wonder if its due to the heat. Whether he's sweated up. He seems ok ridden. I took his mask and fly sheet off last night to let his body breath as it was cooler.
He also had a Bute so hoping it it might help.
Will take a picture when I go to the yard.

Yes Jessey it does.
Just a little update this swelling is still prominent. Its nearly a month on since I posted about this.
I took some pictures but they didn't show the swelling clearly enough so I haven't posted them.
Interestingly being doing some research and I've see see other pictures on the internet now and they all talk about the temporalis muscles being inlarged. Main possible cause could be teeth. So will ring the vet and get the vet out to have a look I think.

Yep def muscles, I'd check teeth and maybe get a chiro session if nothing there, it could be tension from something else being uncomfortable
