Struggling
Sorry things are so tough with our Mum. And Covid rates scarrily high down here too.
Me too But Monster has always said he genuinely likes dogs. He is very doglike in behaviour too, coming to the door with BeAnne when we had visitors, etc. If we had brought home a cat or kitten p, he would’ve been disappointed and then distraught. Then there would be major wounds.
I'm rather surprised Pepper isn't sporting some fetching war wounds!
Monster likes Pepper. He plays with her, not in a rambunctious way, like in social media films, but more carefully to mould her into his own image and do what he wants. Pepper mostly listens.

Playing with their minds!
I'm glad you took some time for yourself. BeAnne is taking you for a walk because you need some time out, even if you don't believe they watch over us can you believe your subconscious knows what you need and this is how the message comes through? I know when I've been nearly overwhelmed by things Jim has been in my dreams to stand by me and face down the monsters until they don't come back and I can rest. Fanciful maybe, but that doesn't make it less real.
