My little Welsh rescue doesn't have any papers, but is down on passport as bay. Someone thought I should change it to chestnut because of the light hairs in his mane. It's strange, he has no black hairs on his body at all, but his mane and tail are about 50/50 black/white mixture. He has sky blue eyes as well. (He didn't have much tail when I first got him as it had been roughly cut into different lengths, maybe for recognition purposes)
