2022 post a photo today

Jessey...
It's probably not a concern..
We stopped at forest entrance didnt run into environmental police but there was a park ranger truck coming out.

They didn't know anything about it.

They thought they would have heard of something of concern.

Its 70f today.

FEAST OR FAMINE.

Tiny nibbles of grass have started woo hoo.

After today will we will be mostly in the 50,s f for quite a few days I'll TAKE IT.

I got a SUNFLOWER tack set.

I ALSO ORDERED 2 CHIN SLIP BITLESS NOSEBANDS that have not come yet.

The the leather chin slip bitless noseband
From Australia did come
It looks good on the bridle.

Sonny looked messy he had rolled and was eating hay..
MOM CAN'T YOU SEE I'M BUSY..

The bridle needs to soften up a little.

Now that the weather has taken a turn
I hope to start riding soon.

He suits it!

Spring must be here...

I played with Sonny in the arena
He was animated but I didn't have my
Phone..
I came out to the front yard let him loose and went inside for it.

Ohh its soooo nice out..
And the frogs and things have woken up by the pond and strean across the street.
They are all carrying on.
Its really lovely.

That sounds wonderful! I'll bet it's super hearing the frogs too!

They have uncovered the trolleys 😀

But ohhhh THERE'S a lot of work ahead

They did protect the original windows
In the front part with the name

It looks like lots had been cut away years ago especially on the second one encasing them within the restraunt as it evolved.

I'm thrilled they didnt deciede to level it all.

I'd love to have a look around them, bet they have an atmosphere. I love projects and old buildings.

It was getting very dusky out when we were working on poop patrol.
It's getting there.
He was in and out if the rope area cause his paddock gate was open.
He saw something way out back and was fixated..
It was about the time deer start to come out.
But I could not see anything...
One may have been walking thru.

I just love him🥰

I am still waiting on Duncan, Rusty’s new companion, to travel from SoCal to Middle Tennessee. His trip has been delayed twice, so far, by the transport company - blah. His owner is flying back to help get him settled, she had to change her flight☹️

The young man who occasionally helps us, cloroxed the stall walls this past weekend. For those who don’t know, life in the SE U.S. means a lot of high humidity which begets a lot of mold. It had only been nine months since the last washing but looked like 3-4 years if I still lived on the Oh/Pa border.

And let’s not forget all the cob webs- untold amounts of cob webs. I broom the walls down once a week, but I can’t reach the top of the walls or the ceiling thanks to vertigo from an old accident🥴🥴

My barn will be 19 years old in August. It’s hanging in there pretty good.
