Today, I went for my 2nd ever hack. I was meant to be in a group, but ended up on my own with an instructor. We were cantering, and I lost my stirrup. My horse went to go one way, then changed his mind last minute and I lost my seat, and fell off.
First time in my 3 years of riding that I have fallen off.
He was spooky for the rest of the hack, but it was fun anyway.

. Sounds like more work without stirrups is in order, and more hacking!
