A retirement thats been well earned

Stow Drum Majorette ( Sweep) 27 years old

My tribute to a wonderful pony.. this week we retired a amazing little pony who has taught so many little girls and boys to ride over the years.... She is a wonderful example of her breed with a temperament to match. A fabulous pony who has been with us 17 years now and will be till her last breath, She was my Skye's 3rd birthday present.... I know she is remembered by lots of children for her gentle way with them. Winner of many shows and rosettes even before we had her, her last show at the age of 23 she was Reserve Champion before retiring from the show ring.... here some photos of the children she has taught over the years, and there many more children I haven't included .

I hope she will have a long happy retirement. Maisie is doing fine still.
