Reactions: Talking to Animals
They don't need to come in person. Look at Holly Davis' website (put Holly Davis in search) for more info. I've used her services three times & she has contacted my horses & relayed questions & answers to me by phone. It's unbelievable ,but true. Amonst other things, she asked my last horse if his saddle was OK, & the answer included info only the horse could have known, as the problem was very small & not visible, & unusual,& it wsn't a conventional saddle. I would ask the horse first now if there was a physical problem, as I'd get a correct answer first time, compared with having to pay for multiple incorrect vet opinions, & other professionals.

My friend had a reading done from a photo over the phone and it was pretty bad. She had no idea about the history of the horse so this communicator basically told her a load of rubbish. She then decided to do some further investigation about the past of the horse and nothing the communicator said matched up. Luckily she got it for free as it usually costs £15.

Beware there are a lot of fakes that try very hard to convince you and because you are trying to believe them you end up believing them. Especially if they ask you a lot of questions which again this woman did.

Hi Roka. Thanks for looking at my site...Like you I do other things as well as AC (and tarot reading) and find it all so interesting and enlightening...wonderful stuff! :D

Here's to more people tapping into their spiritual side! :)

Hi sorry not sure how this work but saw you were interested in animal communication??? I can reccomend Cooper Wilson based in York area but he travels all over the country and i know he also can give messages to people abroad. i have had messages from this guy to do with my animals past and present the information you get will blow your mind away he couldn't make it up.
I know that Holly Davis (writes a colum in a mag not sure which one somtin like take a break i think)fron wales reccommends him and that the RSPCA use him.
I have seen him work in a yard in hertfordshire where he works on the horse and rider the most i have seen him do in a day was 19 horses and every horse had at least 1 human with them and the information he gave was excuse me but bloody brilliant think it works out cheaper perperson the more he sees??? check with him.

he has his own yard. the one thing i will say is that he says it as he sees it and in his own words he "does not do puppy talk" in other words it's plain and simple, the best way i think. his details are

Equine Support cooper Wilson reiki master and Psychic medium 07910175426 or www.cooperwilson.co.uk or his new one is cooper-wilson.co.uk
hope this helps by the way think holly Davis is the lady that writes the courses for the uni of lincoln? don't quote as not 100% take care hope you find the info you need.

Hi, I've been working as a communicator specialising in horses for the past 10 years. What I would say is find someone not through an advert but through word of mouth. Sadly many attend one day workshops then set themselves up in business. In order to communicate properly and in detail you need to understand psychology, the body and of course horses! some usually work with companion animals and just 'dabble' in horses. Two years ago I wrote a diploma course for a college in animal communication, LOADS of people have booked onto it over time. So obviously it is a very up and coming thing. Communicators vary to different degrees and I must admit to some shocking me as to their lack of experience which was part of my reason for writing the course. If you have a certain type of problem then best to find one that specialises in that problem. I love working with the inter-realtionship, behaviour/emotional/natural medicine/medical side. The only area I don't work in is lost and stolen horses. If in doubt a decent and genuine person will have no worries about you asking about their background and experience. Though I do know of several who claim to have done it all their lives and haven't!

I would think that if the person was genuine very few questions would need to be asked.

I know that I only ask for a photo, name and sex of animal.

I'm Holly who was mentioned earlier in the thread and would have to disagree with the above quote. An animal that is in pain for a long period will sometimes feel it normal (in the same way I've had back trouble for 20 years but don't mention it unless asked because its so normal to me) so in many cases if you don't ask you don't get told! If a horse has lived it's whole life with a saddle that doesn't fit to that horse an uncomfortable saddle might be normal and just how it is as far as they are concerned. I also never ask a horse if it needs a dentist as many will say 'no!' I always look in their mouth for myself (without physically looking in it). I also never ask a horse what its behaviour problem is about for 2 reasons. Firstly I don't beleive there is such a thing as a behaviour problem, only a horse with a problem. Secondly if the behaviour isn't a problem to the horse then chances are it'll tell you it hasn't got one! Instead I explain the behaviour it is showing then ask why it does it as I find that much more productive.
One of the first communications I ever did was with a horse that told me it was fine. Then my friend asked me to ask him again. When I persused it I was then given a MASSIVE list of emotional and physical problems he had. Simply the horse wasn't a moaner plus he was so used to people not caring about him he though pointless to tell me as he thought I wouldn't care either.

like people horses/animals don't always let on on first meeting. How often have you told someone you are fine when you aren't?? So by just asking you can often miss a very important point.

Also if you don't ask the owner what they feel they need to know about they don't always get the valauable information they need in order to help the horse. If for instance the horse is only ridden a few times a year and the saddle hurts like hell chances are they might not recall that fact unless you ask them as it was months since they last felt it.

What I ask the owner is what concerns they have/see with regards to the horse and that means I can then clearly pinpoint and phase my questioning so that we get right into the problem so it doesn't get overlooked.

Not asking in the first place and going in completely blind makes you miss things (often impportant things) if the animal doesn't offer up the information off their own back. By asking the owner what concerns they have you can then pinpoint if there is indeed something behind it.
