Anyone looking for a Solution/Ansur?

Just seen this on ebay, it's a solution but the same style as the Ansur Konklusion saddle

Too big for me, I need a size 4 (I know they work on rider size, but I'm normally in a 16.5" dressage or 17.5") but why does the skirt go up and over the top of the seat? Is it not uncomfy to sit on the flap?
