Not a saddle but have ordered many things from them through mail order with no problems

Ditto good service– have ordered many items from them, have never had a problem, bought an expensive pair of clippers from them some years back and they came great and well packaged.

Thanks - they seemed very helpful over the phone and I've gone ahead and ordered the saddle which should come tomorrow

Up until last year I was delighted with them, but then they sold me a bodywarmer at a much dearer price than quoted when I ordered and then when I took them to task about it they denied it and said that the sales assistant would have informed me correctly. Obviously never heard the saying "the customer is always right"!!! I like looking through their catalogue tho.....................
