Try Sandon Saddlery Company, they are just into Herts they sell new as well as 2nd hand saddles and seemed to have a load of extra wide when I went last week (no website you will have to ring them)

Rideaway do a easy change gullet synthetic saddle which goes upto xwide which is the eco. version of thorowgood and its only about £150

I have a wintec adjustable 16.5 inch brown saddle. It's currently fitted with quite a wide gullet as i used it for my haflinger. It's in good condition but i don't need it anymore because i sold her.
