A robin has made a nest on top of the battery box on the gooseneck trailer.
As far as using the trailer its not an issue- I have my other little trailer.
For me to use my little sort of ring and hill area I really need to go past that bird in the nest.
When I rode a couple days ago she kept flying out and back and If I lead Sonny past she still flew off.
Not using those areas IS NOT AN OPTION.
Will she get used to us going past?? Birds in barns get used to it etc.
I feel bad I am disturbing her but she and I need to figure this out.

I probably did more pausing going past making it worse then just
business as usual if I had not even known the nest was there.

She made the nest really quick 2 days prior my husband was working around there and no nest.

Yes, we have starlings wrens and spaggers nesting in the indoor school in all manner of places, in the loo, at the back of the boards, one year one made a nest under the flaps of one of the saddles which put it out of use all summer, but we still used the other saddles above and next to it without her leaving the nest

Yup she will get used to it. We had one in our straw storage last year right in between the bales and we had to go in there a lot to fetch bales out, she still managed to raise a lovely brood of five chicks. :)
