Birthday present ideas

I'm after birthday prezzie ideas for a 60th. Thinking something horsey but gifty (like a bag/purse/personalised stuff)... Up to about £60-80 max.

Is it for someone really horsey or a distance admirer? Do they have their own horse?
A nice silk scarf often goes down well and you can get lots with horsey designs, a nice tweed tote/handbag if they are a tweedy sort of person my old farrier makes some awesome gifts, wine glass holders and stuff...

She has her own horse but is retired now so doesn't really ride. Wine glass holders and that sort of idea sounds good.
