Books on driving

Can anyone recommend a good primer about driving?

Ideally I would like it to cover introducing the horse to driving as well as teaching me to drive!

The Allen Photographic ones are good, as are the Threshold ones.

ANYTHING by Sallie Walrond is good.

Jane MacInnes "Between the Shafts" DVD is superb as it goes into everything including trials vehicles and harness. She presents it in a really easy relaxed manner too. The other BDS vid that is on Youtube is like something out of Downton Abbey.

If I was to get one it would be Jane's DVD , but I am a very visual learner

Jane, give Pippa Bassett a call. Shes amazing and not that far from you in Capel. Did you go to the Carriage fair on Sunday. There are usually some great books vids etc on sale.
