Some other horsey mums local to me all go on an adult pony club camp for 3 days and that idea has always appealed and repelled for different ideas and reasons.

Much as I would have loved to, it's during school holidays and it would impact on family time, then I has a brain wave.

Why don't I do my own "Camp" during term time and take annual leave ?

So after a bit of planning I now have my own boot camp style training over three days

Tuesday : Riding lesson in the morning, lunch (horse stays in stable at the yard) then long reining lesson in pm (or reverse depending in how we feel)

Wednesday : Flatwork lesson am Hack pm

Thursday : very small teeny tiny jumping lesson or Flatwork lesson again depending on what RI feels we need to work on. Hack pm

VERY excited ! :bounce:

Sounds great - but I would make sure that you go for that jumping lesson!! If I can get Ben around a course of jumps, then you certainly can! We did a full course of 1ft 9 fences last night and I'm still buzzing.
