Breed guesses?

Not all draft or heavy horses have feather and not all that do pass it on. The Percheron, the Breton, and the Suffolk Punch to name a couple, l had a Shire x Welsh + Arab who had had no feathers at all.

I have to say Welsh is the one breed I really don't see in that head.

15.3 is not very big for a Gelderlander but she definitely has the build and the Roman head.
