Looking to join BS with my 139cm pony. Can someone please explain to me the grading system (aka Grade A, B, C etc.) because I do not want to get it wrong.

You need to look on the British Showjumping site where you'll find out about joining. You don't select a grade though, so you don't need to worry about that.
