I think it's fine where it is, though since we're similar ages I wouldn't call you an older rider - I'd save that for some of the ladies at our yard in their mid to late 70's, though I'm not sure I'd dare mention the term to them!!!!

Yay! So at 63 I'm not an older rider??!! I'd do a cartwheel if my ankle wasn't so sore! :p

We have an 80yo who usually rides at least three times a week, and won't have allowances made for her age - she's quite capable of waking through winter mud to catch or turn out & wields a broom better than many of the twenty-somethings!
