I know this has been posted many times but I'm still confused.

I passed in 1998 and have B on my license.

DVLA website says this:

Motor vehicles with a MAM not exceeding 3500kg having not more than eight passenger seats with a trailer up to 750kg. Combinations of towing vehicles in category B and a trailer, where the MAM of the combination does not exceed 3500kg and the MAM of the trailer does not exceed the unladen mass of the towing vehicle B

I want to drive a 3500 ton box (Like the transit) my horse weighs 650kilos.

Can I combine the 3500kg of the box and my allowance of 750kg ?

I'm no expert but was under the impression that a 17 year old can drive up to 3.5 tons and not over, so a 3.5 ton lorry should be fine for you as that is it's max laden weight (they usually have a pay load of 1 to 1.2 tons).
