Three weeks in and we're still lovin' it! I need to trim the noseband strap a bit but it doesn't seem to get in the way like this.

Is it me or does he seem to have short lips?

Yeah, they do seem a bit short but it could be the camera angle bless him.

Great pic.

I have a Dr Cook's but havn't tried it on my boy yet - looking forward to giving it a go.

Glad it is going well for you.

what are they like to use?

iv used an english hackamore on a RS horse in a fair few lessons...he loved it too, very comfortable or him not to have dumb kids sawing at his mouth all day anymore! :p ETA: im not reffering to myself as a dumb kid btw!

iv seen dr. cooks mentioned LOADS lately tho...any good?

I think it looks great on him.... but I think the camera angle makes him look like he has small lips :D
I'm really interested in bitless bridals. After spending a good 10 years on snaffle-mouthed RS ponies and horses, bitless seems very interesting. I'd love to learn more!

How does this Dr Cook Bridle work? :D

Hope the weeks just keep getting better for you and him in your new bitless-bridle! :)
