Dressage!!

Took sox out to another dressage test today. Friend offered to take him in the trailer. Got him there didnt have long to prepare. In to the intro. My last ever intro! Thought we did okay. We came 2nd with just over 70%.

Next test was prelim, our canter needs work. I struggle with keeping him going and then he runs into trot. We did break in the canter and my mind went blank so i didnt correct him. But se got 68. Something.
Meaning we came 2nd in both. I missed out on 1st with the intro by 2%!!

Oh right, was that after your win the other week.

You must still be buzzing from that. Getting a little nervous for the big comp.

I get so confused over the the classifications. Sometimes i hear of professionals doing novice class, and i know the horse can be a novice, but i wonder if that means they are competing with very beginner riders just doing there first novice class. I wonder how its right when some of these professionals have had years of practice and competition.
