Went to see my horse this week and my husband came with me, he took a short(ish) video whilst on the back of the carriage, on the other side of this hedge where my horse is trotting along is a busy A road, before they take the horses out on the roads, they will train in this paddock working parallel to the road for a week / few days depending on the animal to get them used to the sounds and smells of traffic. Although in theory my horse should be ok, I'm learning quite sharply how different he is driven, having the blinkers on he is a fair bit sharper and he is certainly fitter now too and this has improved his outlook and how much more reactive he is ! 
But not in a bad way
