Enamel badges...Anyone here make them?

I have a customer who wants something very complicated put on a dog collar. The only way we can think to do this, is have the design made as an enamel badge. It's VERY intricate and many colours, and would be impossible to stitch.

Does anyone on here do badges? Otherwise, any ideas??

It's a bit of a long drive for me.

All the 'online' companies want a massive minimum order! I need two ridiculously complicated designs.... One of each.
