Ex racehorse retirement centres

Am trying to locate a horse who is believed to be in an ex racehorse retirement centre somewhere in Devon currently.
I've looked on google and have emailed any possible centres but I've had no such luck.

Does anybody know of any centres?
Or have seen this horse?

I believe Greatwood TB Rehabilitation centre used to be based in Devon before they moved to Wiltshire, not sure if that is any help
