Equine pilates! Done indoors, once we move to grass livery I'm going to treat myself to this as it sounds fantastic and will be really good for my riding.

I've not seen equine specific pilates before and it's really affordable.

Very excited about my new treat! Also planning to start regular riding lessons, I've found a lady that is BHSAI and does EFT (Emotion Freedom Techniques) which incorporates NLP and other things.
