MyFitnessPal app. Then being very strict with myself putting everything in and working out calories. It also lets you put in your weight and plot the (hopefully) line as it goes down on the graph. Then the jolt up the backside that my horse was no longer a big strong weight carrier and if I want him to have any sort of ridden life going forward getting to 11% of his weight is so much more beneficial for him. I feel much more secure in the saddle and getting on is also easier. Ideally a little more would put me into a better Bmi but I didnāt think i would reach this target. Home made soup became my friend!
