Just about to get on the ownership rollercoaster, and feeling a tad overwhelmed. Any advice for keeping me sane? Or has that ship sailed?

It's certainly scary when you start, but hang in there. The rewards will come (along with a lot of poo).

What sort of horse/pony are you buying?
