Found this recipe for fly spray, has anyone used it.
1/3 cup Listerine mouth wash
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Interesting to see if it works or not.

I heard as well that mouth wash was supposed to be good. Can't say I have tried it yet though.

I am currently using malt vinegar and I also have a bottle with garlic in it, which I just keep refilling with water after I have used some. That way the garlic has time to marinade with the water.

mines is basically equal quantities of

Mouthwash
Cider vinegar
Avon sss - green bottle with citronella in it!

(recipe stolen from a friend!)

works a treat, kaisers field mate had swarms of flies about him the other night and kaiser was free of them completely!

I used to make my own with a bottle of apple cider vinegar, a few drops of citronella essential oil and I'd have a couple of cloves of garlic in the bottom of the spray bottle.
