As you know Ziggy has been diagnosed with EMS and is on Prascend, one a day. My trimmer came 10 days ago and was concerned about his feet - the vet came and took bloods but I haven't had the results yet.
There was a hard frost this morning, and when I went over to the field Ziggy was footy. Not lame, he could walk fine and trotted a step or two for his breakfast, but uncomfortable. I have put him in with hay; I'm working today but plan to let him out at 4 when I get home and see how he looks.
Could this be frost related? If so, he's probably better in overnight while the frost risk continues. I just hope to God it's not the start of another full attack.
