does anyone know of anywhere and how much would it cost?

Just having a couple of wicked thoughts about actually getting my own - I know I can't really afford it but Just wondering if there's anywhere thats decent and doesnt cost a fortune?

I have been quoted £90 pw and I think thats a lot

Can anyone help? Near Gateshead / Blaydon / Whickham / Stanley or even in Rowlands Gill would be great
