Getting a horse to work from behind

Hi im posting on behave of a friend who competed in a prelim 7 dressage test last weekend. the last few tests she has done with her 8yr old horse she has recievied comments about him not using his back end enough.

So can anyone help with any schooling excercises that might help him work from behind a little more?

Hi

If she gets him to walk forwards, then asks for halt, backup a few steps and then straight into trot, that should get him working from behind, or Hillwork to make his backend stronger And practise practise practise

Hillwork, lots of transitions, lungeing in a Passoa, sprialing down on the circle and leg yielding back out. Just a few possibilities
