Girth extenders?

Good... Bad? Can you use one or should you have one each side...? And all other opinions please!

I have bought one (cheaply) as a temp fix for our issue of stupid sized cinch converters but a little worried it might cause issues?

I use mine all the time....but only for tacking up my boy because he has such a huge belly and we have remembered saddle pain issues so I use it to get the girth done up without causing him any stress and then I can walk away, leave him to settle and remove it once he's stopped blowing out. I wouldn't feel comfortable using it to ride with, it's just an extra stress point in the girthing situation, so more danger but also uneven pressure I imagine.

That is my worry too that it will unevenly pressure - but wasn't sure if my concern has any foundations?

It hasn't even turned up yet... Still not found any longer cinch converters!
